Starters –

Seared Scallops & Bacon Jam

Trio of pan-seared jumbo scallops over balsamic drizzle, topped with a delicious sweet and savory bacon jam and garnished with fresh basil.

Citrus Shrimp & Avocado

Diced shrimp, avocado, tomato and cucumber garnished with fresh arugula, toasted almonds topped with citrus dressing.

Entrees –

Alaskan Halibut & Forbidden Rice

Wild caught Alaskan halibut with forbidden black rice, and tomato, onion and avocado garnish, drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil. 

Veal Scallopine & Mushroom Marsala

Pan-seared veal cutlet topped with sliced mushrooms, fresh rosemary and marsala sauce, served over hand-cut pappardelle.

Ribeye Cap Steak Oscar Style

Melt-in your mouth, rolled ribeye cap steak topped with grilled asparagus, butter-basted king crab and Bèarnaise.

Dessert –

Red Velvet Cheesecake & Chocolate Ganache

A creamy twist on traditional red velvet cake with slivered almonds and rich chocolate ganache.
