Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet
– Bring the whole family to our Easter Sunday Brunch
featuring the consistent, top quality Wildwood cuisine to
which you are accustomed. Enjoy omelets made to order, our
pasta station and, of course, the Wildwood carvery
(featuring roast prime rib, honey-baked ham and roast leg of
lamb). Help yourself to the delicious breakfast and lunch
specialties, salads, side dishes and desserts that ensure
everyone will have an enjoyable meal. Reservations are
required. Adults - $39.95, Children 11 to 5 Yrs - $19.95,
Children Under 5 – Free.
Wildwood Wine Market
On the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 pm to 8:00
pm, a
Wildwood Wine Market is
hosted in our Private Dining room. Tasting of selected wines
will be led by representatives of our wine distributors and
accompanied with light hors d’oeuvres created by Executive
Chef Christopher Corby. Wines tasted will be available for
sale at small mark-ups over Wildwood cost, both by the
bottle and by the case. A $25 tasting fee will be charged,
however, this fee can be credited against any wine
purchases. The next three Wildwood Wine Market dates are
Tuesday, April 13th, May 11th and June 8th.
Wildwood Fish Market
On Friday nights from February 5th through
Easter, our normal dinner menu is supplemented by our
Wildwood Fish Market. Our Fish Market allows you to create
your own “catch of the day” by selecting your choice of
available fresh fish and pairing it with one of Wildwood’s
signature fish preparation styles. Selections of fresh fish
and preparation styles will vary each Friday.
Cooking Classes
Executive Chef Christopher Corby presents a series of fast
paced, high energy, cooking classes to share his wealth of
knowledge regarding seasonal food offerings. Each session
includes an interactive cooking demonstration on featured
dishes, gourmet recipes, cooking tips and purchasing
recommendations. Cooking classes start at 9:30 am and end
approximately at noon. A $50 fee covers the cost of the
class and a generous tasting of all prepared recipes.
