Wine, Spirits & Beer Tastings Wildwood hosts other periodic events to improve your wine, spirits and beer knowledge, or just enjoy a casual evening among friends. Wildwood Wine Market On the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, a Wildwood Wine Market is hosted in our Private Dining room. Tasting of selected wines will be led by representatives of our wine distributors and accompanied with light hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Christopher Corby. Wines tasted will be available for sale at small mark-ups over Wildwood cost, both by the bottle and by the case. A $25 tasting fee will be charged, however, this fee can be credited against any wine purchases. The next three Wildwood Wine Market dates are Tuesday, July 13th, August 10th and September 14th. Cooking Classes Executive Chef Christopher Corby presents a series of fast paced, high energy, cooking classes to share his wealth of knowledge regarding seasonal food offerings. Each session includes an interactive cooking demonstration on featured dishes, gourmet recipes, cooking tips and purchasing recommendations. Cooking classes start at 9:30 am and end approximately at noon. A $50 fee covers the cost of the class and a generous tasting of all prepared recipes.  Our cooking classes will start again in September … watch for our posting of the class schedule later in the summer.
