Our menus all reflect Executive Chef Christopher Corby’s passion for upscale American cuisine featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients, straight-forward savory flavors and signature sauces. Chef Corby has been Wildwood’s Executive Chef since its inception – a key factor in ensuring both the quality and consistency of our menu offerings.
Our long-term relationships with our meat, fish and produce purveyors are also integral to our product quality and consistency. Our demanding product specifications and our partnership with these purveyors ensure we have constant access to the freshest, high quality ingredients.
Our menus present our favorite dishes (influenced by nearly five years of guest input) together with seasonal specialties designed to provide recurring guests with new menu choices. We encourage our guests to experience these dishes as created by Executive Chef Corby and to limit modifications to allergic and dietary restrictions.
