Fish Market (Friday)
The Wildwood Fish Market is open every Friday from February 15 until March 29 (Good Friday). The Fish Market provides our guests with an expanded selection of fresh fish throughout the Lenton season, over and above the extensive fresh fish offerings on our everyday dinner menu. Create your own “catch of the day”! First, choose one of four unique fresh fish selections, hand cut and filleted by Executive Chef Christopher Corby. Then select one of four featured preparation styles, each with distinct flavors originating from the Mediterranean, Pacific Rim, Contintential Europe and the Gulf Coast. Fish selections and preparation styles vary each week and availability of all choices may be limited on any evening based on guest demand.
