Executive Chef Christopher Corby presents a series of fast paced, high energy, cooking classes to share his wealth of knowledge regarding seasonal food offerings. Each session includes an interactive cooking demonstration on featured dishes, gourmet recipes, cooking tips and purchasing recommendations.
Classes start at 9:30 am and willl end approximately at noon. A $50 fee covers the cost of the class and a generous tasting of all prepared recipes. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not included.
Our cooking classes are generally held in the Spring, Fall and Winter months. See our calendar posts below for currently scheduled classes and registration.
