Crab & Shrimp Louie – Shredded iceberg lettuce, topped with lump crab meat, shrimp, avocado, tomato wedges, hard boiled eggs and classic “Louie” dressing
Lobster Newburg – Tender, succulent lobster in rich cream, sherry and cognac sauce, served in puff pastry vol-au-vent with pureed parsnips and sugar snap peas.
New Zealand Elk Chops- Frenched bone-in New Zealand elk chops sourced by Ream’s Elburn Market, grilled to order and served with turnips au-gratin and roasted baby French carrots.
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse – Bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate, blended with whipped cream, served with raspberry sauce and topped with fresh raspberries.
Chocolate Raspberry Cake – Triple layer chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream filling and chocolate ganache frosting.
