APPETIZERS

Beef Wellington Bites

Beef tenderloin topped with mushroom duxelle and wrapped in buttery puff pastry served with horseradish cream sauce.

Spinach & Artichoke Cup

Crispy won ton cups filled with mixture of cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts and parmesan.

ENTREES

Lobster Thermidor

Split lobster tail filled with blend of lobster meat, shallots, white wine, heavy cream, tarragon and gruyere served with vegetable risotto.

Corvina

Pan roasted corvina with tomato, capers and oregano served with roasted redskin potatoes.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin

Sliced, oven roasted beef tenderloin served with grilled asparagus, Dauphinoise potato and béarnaise.

DESSERTS

Chocolate Ravioli

Chocolate ravioli filled with chocolate mascarpone filling served with fresh raspberry sauce.

Raspberry Cheesecake Tart

Buttery tart shell filled with creamy cheesecake, topped with fresh raspberries and dusting of powdered sugar.
