What came first . . . the chicken or the egg?  For this class, we we’ll just concentrate on those wonderful amazing eggs and their use in every meal of the day. From the smell of bacon and eggs cooking in the morning … to a vegetable Frittata at lunch … a rich béarnaise at dinner … to the lightest soufflé for dessert.  We’ll show different cooking techniques, methods and classics that will never let you down.
