Cooking Class – Fall & Winter Soups

Just in time for the change in weather, Executive Chef Christopher Corby shares techniques and recipes for preparing homemade fall and winter soups.
Recipes reflect both classic comfort soups (for example, French Onion or Wisconsin Beer Cheese) and less traditional offerings (like Salmon Corn Chowder or Thai Shrimp Chili).
Class starts at 9:30 am and will end approximately at noon. A $50 fee covers the cost of the class and a generous tasting of all prepared recipes. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not included.
